Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WeddingHome (weddinghome.co) and the wedding website service we provide. By commissioning a website or using a site we host, you agree to them. WeddingHome is operated from Manila, Philippines; contact us at hello@weddinghome.co.

1. The service

Template is a ₱999 one-time purchase for one wedding. It includes all ten original designs, free switching between them, settings-based personalization, owned photographs and music, guest replies, a private dashboard, technical support, and two years of hosting from first publication. Layouts and font pairings remain curated. You enter and maintain your own content. Try editing before signing up; verify your email to keep a recoverable account, upload media and share a private preview. Publication requires manual payment confirmation and administrator review. A requested subdomain is claimed when published, subject to availability.

Bespoke is separately priced. When you commission a Bespoke WeddingHome, you receive:

  • Three bespoke design concepts, created from the photographs, details, and style references you provide.
  • One published wedding website at an address of the form yourname.weddinghome.co, based on the concept you choose.
  • Reasonable revisions after you choose — wording, photographs, and detail changes that keep the chosen design's structure. A different design direction counts as a new concept round, which we may quote separately.
  • RSVP collection and a private couple dashboard, including CSV export of responses.
  • Hosting for 2 years from the date your site is published, unless your package says otherwise.

Bespoke turnaround estimates (for example, 3 to 5 days to concepts) run from the time we have received your complete photographs and details.

2. Price and payment

Template payment is requested when you want to go live. We coordinate the invoice by Messenger or email, confirm payment manually and then publish. No payment is taken inside the editor. There are no automatic charges or renewals. Contact us about payment or cancellation questions before paying your invoice.

For Bespoke, the price quoted to you is a one-time payment, payable upfront by bank transfer or other method we confirm, before design work begins. Promotional prices (such as a launch price) apply only when confirmed to you in writing before payment.

Bespoke refunds. If you cancel before we deliver your design concepts, we refund your payment in full. Once concepts have been delivered, the payment is non-refundable, because the design work is the substance of the service. If we fail to deliver concepts within 15 days of receiving your complete materials, you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You warrant that you own or have permission to use everything you give us — photographs, names, text, music choices — including the consent of people who appear in your photos and of guests whose details you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information published on your site.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

4. Our use of your site

Client websites are private by default: we do not show them to prospects, list them publicly, or index them in search engines. We will only feature your site (or screenshots of it) as an example with your consent, and we will honor any conditions you set, such as hiding surnames or disabling the RSVP view.

We retain ownership of our underlying software, design system, and templates of our making; you retain ownership of your content. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to have your site hosted and displayed for the hosting period.

5. Guests and RSVP

RSVP responses are provided by your guests for your wedding. They appear in your dashboard for you to manage. We do not verify guest identities. Invitation codes with allotted seats are on by default so only guests with a code can reply, up to the seats on that invitation. If you turn codes off, the open form can be filled in by anyone with the link.

6. Hosting, availability, and the end of the term

We aim to keep your site available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance and events beyond our control can cause downtime. Subdomains cannot be transferred to other providers.

When your hosting period ends, your site goes offline. Template accounts retain private editing and dashboard access for 180 days afterward; saves do not restart or extend hosting. After that recovery period, access is removed and media removal follows a 30-day grace period. Export your guest list before access ends. Bespoke site content and RSVP data follow the existing 90-day post-hosting retention period. See our Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need help before your hosting ends; there is no automatic renewal.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed RSVPs, guest miscounts, or events at the wedding itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here and notified to active clients by email. The version in effect when you paid governs your commission unless you agree otherwise.
